I’m an emerging translator with interests in literary fiction and visual art-related nonfiction. Born in Philadelphia and based in Glasgow, I bring a cross-Atlantic sensibility and a nuanced ear to my work.
I see translation as a fundamentally creative endeavour, one that intersects with and informs my practice as a visual artist and curator. I am also a seasoned copyeditor and proofreader. With over 20 years of experience in both of these settings, I know when flexibility is needed and precision is essential.
